30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging whenever possible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@vnctbm.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please make sure the artwork is packed securely and protected properly for shipping. We recommend using the original packaging.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@vnctbm.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged artwork and packaging, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Original Artworks

Original artworks are unique, hand-painted pieces. Small irregularities, texture, visible brush strokes, marks, or variations are part of the artwork and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, personalized, or commissioned artworks cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive another item is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, place a separate order.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@vnctbm.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unused, undamaged, and securely packaged.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made, personalized, or commissioned artworks.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
