Shipping Policy

We ship original artworks and art products from Germany. Every artwork is packed carefully and securely to protect it during transport.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination:

• Germany: €29
• European Union: €49
• International / Worldwide: €89

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 5–14 business days after your order has been processed.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within a few business days after payment has been received. Original artworks may require additional preparation time to ensure safe packaging.

Premium Art Shipping & Secure Packaging

Original artworks are packed with special care using protective materials suitable for art shipping. The shipping fee helps cover secure packaging, handling, and insured transport where available.

Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at hello@vnctbm.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged artwork and packaging, so we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
