We sell original artworks, fine art prints and related art products. Original artworks are unique, hand-painted pieces. Small irregularities, textures, visible brush strokes, marks, or variations are part of the artwork and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, and lighting conditions.

3. Orders and Contract

By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected product. The contract is concluded once we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there has been an obvious pricing error, or if we are unable to process the order for another valid reason.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in euros (€). Prices include applicable VAT where required, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. Your order will be processed after successful payment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship artworks using secure packaging suitable for art shipments. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@vnctbm.com and include clear photos of the damaged artwork and packaging.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers within the European Union have a legal right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our Returns & Right of Withdrawal policy.

Custom-made, personalized, or commissioned artworks are excluded from the right of withdrawal unless they arrive damaged or defective.

8. Ownership

The delivered product remains our property until full payment has been received.

All artworks, images, texts, logos, designs, videos, and other content on this website are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Vincent Baumann unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing an artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, publish, distribute, sell, or commercially use any artwork or content without prior written permission.
